We’re looking for a Sr Software Engineering to join our Bank Data Transformation team in Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS). In this role, you'll help modernize our data transformation infrastructure, as well as ensuring it aligns with the evolving tech environment. The team has several large projects on the near horizon, so it's an exciting time to become involved in setting the foundation for success in those projects. This includes migrating to Snowflake data stores, updating ETL/ELT tools, and enhancing reporting capabilities for business users. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a collaborative team and using a variety of tools in support of multiple business areas.

Who You Are
- Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
- 6+ years work experience in engineering and/or data management
- Experience with Snowflake, ETL tooling and SQL
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to effectively communicate strategies and designs to all levels of the company, both technical and non-technical partners

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$95200 - $182400 / year
Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
