Project Engineer
The Project Engineer is responsible for the design and delivery of complex electro-mechanical lifting equipment from inception to delivery to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage multiple concurrent highly technical capital construction projects for a wide variety of external and internal customers in the industrial, aerospace, infrastructure, and commercial spaces
- Mechanical, structural, and electrical design of a wide variety of raw materials and components to produce a custom finished engineered product
- Intake technical customer RFPs complete with specifications and drawings to produce technical estimates of working machines which are commercially competitive, specification and code compliant, and delivered in a timely manner
- Provide operations personnel with design information and technical direction as to the manufacture of custom machinery
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred
- 7+ years of Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural design experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Project Management
- CAD drawing and modeling proficiency
- Ability to interpret and apply design codes
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
