The Role
Vistabeam seeks a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record of driving growth and generating revenue. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing and leading a sales/ marketing team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving business development. You will play a key role enhancing our brand visibility and optimizing customer acquisition and retention. This position will work out of our Gering, Nebraska office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Customer Acquisition: Design and execute strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and manage pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budgets to maximize profitability.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand recognition through innovative marketing initiatives and effective communication strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role.
- Experience within the ISP or telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
