Python/AWS Engineer : Vanguard Group

Location: Malvern PA. This will be HYBRID (3 days a week), expected to be in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote the other two days. Need local candidates.

Duration: 12+ months - they can be there for up to 3 years.

Vaccine: Must be fully vaccinated, have card.

Eligibility: Need GC, GC EAD, and US Citizens.

Position: Python Developer with AWS

They are a smaller team, this is all greenfield development. Focus is all backend Python development using AWS Services. OK to hire someone that has 1-2 years of experience, but solid engineering fundamentals. Understands rate is light but doesn't need a senior level.

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of Python development experience
• Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, API Gateway, Athena - nice to have)
• Experience with GIT
• Experience/knowledge in API Building & Backend Development
