We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers you a chance to be a part of our dedicated workforce in the manufacturing industry. You will be central to our operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our production processes. If you are passionate about programming, have an eye for detail, and are committed to ensuring high-quality production, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs for our mill, lathe, and mill-turn machines using CAD software.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and design drawings for parts manufacturing.
  • Apply knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for precision machining.
  • Conduct first article inspections to ensure that programmed specifications meet design requirements.
  • Manage materials by ensuring optimal utilization and minimal wastage.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by strictly adhering to safety management protocols and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest changes to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software for CNC programming.
  • Solid knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
  • Experience in first article inspections, material management, safety management, and quality control.
  • Strong understanding of mill, lathe, and mill-turn machine operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members at all levels.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in CNC programming or a related field is preferred.
