Responsibilities
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:
- Cung cấp kiến thức chuyên môn về độ tin cậy của hệ thống và thiết bị trong các dự án sử dụng và đầu tư.
- Tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc đánh giá mức độ quan trọng của tài sản nhà máy.
- Phát triển và thực thi chiến lược bảo trì phù hợp với bảo trì năng suất tổng thể.
- Sử dụng các công cụ và quy trình thích hợp để đánh giá mức độ quan trọng, phân tích cơ sở rủi ro, phát triển kế hoạch bảo trì, chẩn đoán, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, v.v.
- Phát triển và thực thi các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật tại nhà máy trong lĩnh vực chuyên môn.
- Phân tích dữ liệu bảo trì để kích hoạt các dự án cải tiến và cải thiện vòng đời tài sản tại nhà máy.
What we are looking for:
- Kỹ sư kỹ thuật hoặc tương đương về Kỹ thuật.
- Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật về thiết bị sản xuất và Đóng gói.
- Khả năng vi tính – cụ thể là Word, Excel, Power Point, CMMS.
- Hiểu biết về các đặc điểm lỗi, sự xuống cấp của thiết bị và các khái niệm về độ tin cậy.
- Hiểu biết về các chiến lược kỹ thuật bảo trì khác nhau và các thông số để lựa chọn.
- Được đào tạo chính thức về các yêu cầu và quy trình STADA TPM, Quản lý độ tin cậy bao gồm đánh giá mức độ quan trọng, vòng đời tài sản và các kỹ thuật phân tích.
- CMMS: kinh nghiệm làm việc với công cụ CMMS.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp liên quan đến đào tạo.
- Thực hành tốt sản xuất thuốc (GMP).
Qualifications:
- BEng or equivalent in Engineering (or similar).
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Packaging equipment.
- Computer capability – specifically Word, Excel Power Point, CMMS.
- Excellent understanding of failure characteristics, equipment degradation, and reliability concepts.
- Understanding of the different maintenance technical strategies and the parameters for selection.
- Formally trained in STADA TPM requirements and processes, Reliability Management including, criticality evaluation, asset life cycle and analytical techniques.
- CMMS: working experience with a CMMS tool.
- Communication skills related to training.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
