We are seeking a Strategic Sales Account Manager (SSAM) to join our Pall Aerospace team.
This position will support Key OEM and After Marker customers and drive funnel additions as well as new business growth at accounts.
This position is part of the Aerospace Sales OEM team with the facility being located in New Port Richey Florida.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Engage in face-to-face meetings with customer to enhance relationships, mitigate issues or challenges that the customer may be facing and uncover new opportunities or product development.
Manage project funnel standard work, inputs and outputs and report out to stakeholders monthly and quarterly (i.e., IPV)
Communicates new market opportunities to internal stakeholders, senior leaders, distribution/ innovation partners and global commercial teams as required.
Support PLM team as needed to move products through to business plan creation, including understanding minimal viable product requirements, key personas, and value propositions to support customer adoption
Actively participates in the planning and execution of Voice of Customer (VOC) research to ensure short- and long-term commercial success related to key strategic initiatives and to capture and prioritize key customer needs/wants for future products
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/engineering/marketing
Able to travel a minimum 25% within both the domestic and international markets.
Able to elicit and understand customer needs and translate into product requirements.
Strong written and oral communication skills for direct communication with customers, co-workers, and partners at all levels, all functions, and all regions of the organization.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. US citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
