- Develop and maintain a technical knowledge of our product and applications. This will require an understanding of our customer processes across a variety of industrial markets.
-Work with customers to identify the root cause of a problem, recommend a solution, and verify the successful resolution of the matter. It will be important to manage communications with the Regional Managers and Representatives during these troubleshooting efforts.
- Actively engage with current and potential customers in pre and post sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Help develop new applications by managing and completing data collection efforts in the field.
- Manage and complete field calibration services which is a growing need of customers and a great opportunity to identify new business while completing a paid for service.
- Some domestic and international travel is required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in a technical environment.
- BS in Engineering is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals
- Time management skills to track, prioritize, and complete project tasks in a timely matter.
- Self-starter with demonstrated urgency and ownership of responsibilities
