What You’ll Do:
- Support the development of project schedules and budgets.
- Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely follow-up.
- Perform estimates and takeoffs and manage project documentation.
- Track construction materials, equipment, and project progress.
- Attend project meetings, record notes, and keep teams aligned.
- Assist in gathering and distributing closeout documents for project completion.

What You Bring:
- Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in construction management or similar.
- Basic understanding of construction techniques, drawings, and materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using project management software like Procore and On-Screen Takeoff.
- Office-based with occasional on-site visits.
- Travel is required as needed for project support.
