BRC provides “best-value” technical and management solutions to a diverse government and commercial customer base in the following key business areas: test & evaluation, systems analysis & integration, security & intelligence, and R&D.Responsibilities:Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate aircraft and weapons components or armament systems.Attends preliminary, critical and other design reviews to ensure NTWL requirements are properly defined and implemented.Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, test plans, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance, testing, acquisition, and resource management.Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, and evaluates automated data processing software related to engineering or functional requirements of military systems, associated support systems, or management informational systems.Provides inputs for test methods and procedures.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.Active Secret ClearanceAt least five (5) years of experience in Test Engineering. At least four years’ experience must be in the area of development, test and evaluation of aircraft weapon systems.A minimum of three years of direct experience in one or a combination of the following areas is required: aircraft flying qualities and flight controls; aircraft development, test, and evaluation conduct; structures, aircraft weapon separation and compatibility, Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems, aircraft propulsion;power systems; system/subsystem development, test & evaluation, or design.ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:A master’s degree may be substituted for 2 years of work experience.EEO Policy:Bevilacqua Research Corporation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA Employer.
