Job Title: Mechanical Service Support Technician
Location: Springfield, OH Area (Hybrid Option Available)
Salary: $75,000 - $92,000 base + 20% target bonus (Total annual potential: $110,000)

A valued client of ours is seeking a Mechanical Service Support Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving. This role involves providing remote troubleshooting support to customers, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams. While a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, our client is open to candidates with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and strong mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support via phone and email for technical issues, troubleshooting, and conversions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to address customer concerns and provide innovative solutions.
- Adapt to changing situations and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Participate in continuous learning to maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Support occasional travel (up to 10%) to customer sites for hands-on troubleshooting and support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience in a mechanical or technical field.
- Proven track record as a fast learner with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in a technical support or engineering role is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Initial training period of approximately 3 months, based on individual performance.
- Potential for hybrid schedule (2 days work from home, 3 days in office) after training, provided performance and reliability standards are met.
