Drafter/Designer

Details:
L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Drafter/Designer with our client based in Trenton, NJ.

• Prepare drawings and engineering packets for manufacturing including Bills of Material
• Develop, maintain and update Auto Desk Inventor Pro and Auto CAD library for standard parts design
• Design special tooling and jigs for manufacturing
• Create other designs as necessary
• Provide support to manufacturing as required and mentor manufacturing personnel in proper manufacturing techniques

• Technical/drafting school education or equivalent is required
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Auto Desk Inventor Pro
• Custom product design experience required
• Solid mechanical knowledge in hardware assembly
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
