Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering services and insights to enhance and optimize our manufacturing processes. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across multiple projects annually.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and improvement of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to improve quality and performance.
- Oversee the installation or modification of machinery, ensuring project specifications are met.
- Maintain and manage multiple project schedules, adapting to changes as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of machinery components, PLC programming logic circuits, and machining principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong mathematical skills.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Dependability and the ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
