RFID Hotel is looking for a Graphic Designer/Production Art Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL. Applicants must have experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop applications. Excellent attention to detail is essential. In this role, you will create custom and branded designs based on client briefs as well as process customer design files for production. Pay based on experience. The position is in-office from 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, Monday – Friday. All applicants must include a link to their digital portfolio when applying.

What you will be doing:
- Process artwork mockup requests in a timely manner
- Process approved artwork for print production
- Maintain digital asset database
- Support in-house marketing team for digital asset requests
- Translate marketing campaign objectives into visually engaging designs
- Maintain a level of quality control
- Design visually appealing creative for social media and email campaigns
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all marketing channels.
What you need to succeed:
- Batchelor’s degree or similar in graphic design or another relatable creative discipline is highly desirable
- Portfolio of work which demonstrates relevant work experience
- Experience in a professional business environment and experience with Microsoft Office is highly beneficial
- Understands nuances of contextual media creation as it relates to audience, intent, platform, and medium
- Expert-level skill using Adobe products:Photoshop, Substance 3D or Dimension, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign
- 3D animation, 3D staging and lighting effects a plus but not required
