About us

One of the largest trends that has happened in the last few decades is how people work. Although in the software world remote work has been done for several years, never has the tooling been built from the ground up for software engineers. We are building the engineering productivity supertools for the new world.

We strongly believe that we can provide developers with superpowers to build faster and better by solving the challenges that they face every day.

We are an early-stage YC-backed startup building developer tools for high-growth companies. The founders are ex-Googlers with backgrounds building engineering teams at several fast-growing Silicon Valley startups.

Our customers include high-growth companies such as Slack, Square, Benchling, and Figma.

About the role

We are looking for early engineers to join our nimble team to help better manage our internal processes. In this role you will:

• Build internal tools to (1) be able to debug better and (2) provide capability for our users (also developers) to easily self-serve debug.
• Answer questions and debug issues for our users. We don't have any dedicated team or person for this, and everyone in our team does this today (and will continue doing).
• Be the sales engineer who can understand customer requirements and suggest an implementation to customers and to our product team internally.

An ideal candidate has a unique mix of software expertise, domain knowledge, and empathy for the users.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Shipped full-stack products before - whether it was in your day job or projects outside of work.
• Strong fundamentals of engineering tools - git, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI.
• Experience working in a low-structure environment, comfortable working with unknowns.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for building engineering tools, excited about solving problems for engineers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience building internal engineering tools is a plus.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
