Design Engineer

(Electronic Systems Vehicle) Vehicle Development team is seeking a collaborative engineer to work on meter and Heads Up Display (HUD). The primary responsibility of this role is vehicle development for meter and HUD.

What you’ll be doing

• Vehicle application of meter and HUD
• Plan structure and design of meter and HUD through target setting, packaging and style feasibility that balances performance, customer needs and cost while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Issue design specifications to suppliers and manage supplier schedule, performance and quality
• Manage part list and issue internal design documents including engineering change instructions and wiring specifications

Requirements:

• THIS POSITION WILL BE WORKING A HYBRID SCHEDULE (T/W/TH ONSITE)

What you bring

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• 5 years or more as an electrical design engineer

• Experience in vehicle electronics development
• Experience in CATIA
