Here's what you'd do:
- Responsible for designing RF circuit boards to meet our customer's requirements (50%) and also responsible for parts librarian tasks (50%).
- Responsible for adding parts to the Expedition library, checking parts and symbols, placement, layout through fabrication, and artwork creation using the client's design processes and IPC-2221 Design Standards.
- Prepare and update PWB drawings and completed mechanical or electrical drawings of printed circuit computer board components and assemblies from notes, verbal instructions, and rough or detailed sketches for engineering or manufacturing purposes.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Printed Wiring Board (PWB) Design with Siemens/Mentor Graphics Expedition.
- Minimum of 6 years experience designing high-density, high-reliability surface mount PWBs with some thru-hole, flex, and rigid-flex designs.
- Minimum of 6 years experience designing blind/buried microvias with high pin count BGAs and other fine pitch SMT devices.
- Minimum of 6 years experience working with external vendors and internal manufacturing.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Advanced Hyperlynx PWB expertise.
- Allegro Cadence Experience.
- Knowledge of drafting standards, geometric tolerance, and change management release packages.
- Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication.
- Ideal candidate would be a PWB board designer or a parts librarian with experience in Siemens Expedition software.
- Knowledge of PWB layout design and fabrication.
- Knowledge of Siemens.
