CNC HBM Machinist

In need of CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinists. Seasoned machinists to produce part from blueprint to specifications.

• Must have job shop experience
• Must be able to edit and program from controls and highly preferred experience writing programs using Surfcam or Mastercam
• Must have own machinist tools including mics & caliper and gauge blocks
• Must read blueprints
• Must hold tolerances of +/- .001 to .0005
• Must understand machining symbols and speeds and feeds
• Must be able to choose appropriate tooling to perform turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, milling boring and key cutting
• Experience operating cranes
• Wide range of materials experience including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel and Tool Steel and weldments

Mitzubishi and Makino Mills with Fanuc controls and SurfCam & MasterCam 1/4" to 160" part size .
