Here are your core objectives:

• Develop and own the implementation roadmap to maximize speed to value
• Propose meaningful improvements to our software architecture and design patterns.
• Build frontend solutions for a complex set of functionality with a strong focus on user experience.
• Build backend solutions emphasizing modular components that can be reused across different parts of our application. This approach is key to building a scalable and maintainable codebase, reducing duplication, and enhancing development efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs. Ensure that our APIs are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

• You are willing to work in person at our Jersey City, NJ Headquarters
• You are a builder at heart and have strong systems design knowledge : You have built successful technologies from the ground up with your fingerprints on the code, architecture, and dev ops.
• You have experience in building Marketplace Platforms, Omni-Channel Communications and Ticketing Platforms, Payment Processing Platforms

Nice to haves include:

• Understanding of micro-services architecture, event-driven distributed systems, machine learning, and data engineering
• AWS experience
• Experience outsourcing software development
• Familiarity with Typescript, React, React Native, and Node JS
• Familiarity in integrating with Twilio, Stripe, CRM platforms, and accounting systems
