LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading beauty manufacturer that specializes in hair products. They are looking to bring on a remote, part-time Integrated Designer to their creative team on a contract basis.
This is a fully remote, part-time, W2 contract role and the ideal candidate will have design experience coming from retail, beauty or lifestyle. This role requires a versatile Integrated Designer who can create cohesive visual experiences across digital and print mediums. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that engage our client's audience and enhance brand identity.
Integrated Designer Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling designs for a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, social media and print
- Ensure all design work aligns with our client's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
- Work closely with product managers, marketers and other designers to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions
- Apply design thinking principles to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences, conducting user research and testing as needed
- Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and enhance overall project outcomes
Integrated Designer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in integrated design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity
- All applicants must be open to working a W2 contract, working up to 20 hours a week and be comfortable working remotely
