Senior CMM Programmer & Operator

Essential Functions

1. Perform all layouts and testing as required.
2. Issue layout and test reports to requester upon completion.
3. Maintain layout and test records.
4. Provide technical assistance in analysis and problem-solving of dimensional issues.
5. Perform gauge studies, maintain gauge management software, and keep all certifications and calibrations of lab equipment and gauges up-to-date, per plant and customer requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Perform Lab Supervisor function, if approved by Management.
2. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment, maintain Lab (5S discipline), assure gauges received from other plants are in designated work area.
3. Improve efficiency in layout performance.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent
