Job Duties:
- Create detailed truck models and layout drawings per customer requirements utilizing SolidWorks CAD software.
- Create/maintain installation drawings utilizing SolidWorks CAD Software
- Create new manufactured assemblies and drawings for fabrication.
- Perform Engineering Change Notices
- Interact with Engineering, Technicians, Parts, Procurement to create/maintain bills of materials in our JDE system.
- Utilize JDE to create part numbers following the proper naming process and data entry requirements.
- Timely execution of responsibilities
Requirements:
- 3D CAD experience (Solidworks preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of drawing standards
- Mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate proficiently and professionally.
- ERP system experience a plus, but not required.
Education:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- CAD Certificate or associate degree in engineering/Design/Drafting (Preferred)
