Job descriptionA Machine Operator will operate a variety of machines to include CNC Mill, CNC Lathe and Saws.Pivotal Fab and Powder offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays, and company provided individual medical insurance.Primary Responsibilities:Program and run CNC millProgram and run CNC LatheOperate Horizontal SawInspect own work and assist QA with inspections of the sameOperate hand tools, power tools and other equipment to manufacture Pivotal Health partsUtilize work instructions to follow established machining proceduresMaintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functionsDocument actions by completing production and quality formsUtilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materialsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Applicant must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitudeApplications must have good communication skillsApplicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.Applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds.Build defect-free products that meet Quality StandardsBuild products within time standardsAdhere to safety standards and requirementsPreferred Experience:Knowledge of CNC/NC Programming and understanding of geometric tolerancesAbility to accurately read and interpret blueprints to ensure products are machined correctly
