Job Opportunity: Senior Software Engineer, Back End

What You'll Do:

1. Work closely with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
2. Stay up-to-date with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in internal and external technology communities. Mentor other members of the engineering community.
3. Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that provide powerful experiences for millions of Americans, helping them achieve financial empowerment.
4. Use programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as open source and NoSQL databases, container orchestration services (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes), and various AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js
2. 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
3. 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks
4. 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
