Java Application Developer

Our Houston Based Oil and Gas Client is looking for an experienced application developer to assist with custom application development and Integration. This role is contract to hire and based in Downtown Houston. The Ideal candidate will have 3-7 years experience working with SSRS (SQL Server reporting) or Crystal Reports. Experience with JavaScript would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the end user gathering requirements
• Designing and developing software systems using best practices
• Creating reports with in SQL Sever
• Testing and deploying programs and applications
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software

Requirements:

• Experience working in SQL Server (T-SQL), SSRS or Crystal Reports
• 3 - 7 years relevant experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Java
