Education & Experience Required:
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering and 2-4 year experience
Technical Skills

- Electrical testing experience, product development experience, failure analysis
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Organization, documentation and communication
Typical task breakdown:
- Conduct detailed inspections and root cause investigation into motor and generator failures. Inspections involve hands on work consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, material and fluid analysis
Interaction with team:
- Will work with engineers to learn role and that individual will continue to mentor and oversee inspection activities
Work environment:
Lab testing environment, typically spend 30% at desk, 70% in lab conducting inspections or electrical checks
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- Support lab testing of electric drive components and systems - performance and durability testing
