Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++), or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with local stakeholders in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

The Stateful Suggest team is part of the Search Inputs organization. Our goal is to provide statefulness at scale to serve Search verticals along with infrastructure and quality work to support new stateful and verticalized features. Engineers on our team work on full-stack development with a strong emphasis on scalability and reuse with our main goal being to build a framework of stateful and/or vertical-specific features.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and the UX team to conceptualize and execute new projects at scale, aiming to better support vertical integrations.
- Develop robust serving infrastructure capable of powering novel user experiences at scale, meeting acceptable latency and capacity requirements.
- Design and implement scalable data solutions, pipelines, and algorithms, potentially utilizing AI technologies to address user-facing challenges in the Search experience, like algorithms to enhance users' search journeys within Suggest.
