HVAC General Manager - Residential Mechanical Service - Base Salary to 150k/year - Jacksonville, FL

Our client is a stable and fast-growing residential mechanical servicing company handling service, installation, and maintenance. They have an immediate need for an HVAC General Manager to oversee operations of the Jacksonville, FL branch. They are looking for a technically strong, visionary leader to help build out the Jacksonville area. The philosophy of this business is to operate as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and they seek someone who operates from a "customer and employee first" mentality to lead the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead teams and manage operations of the Jacksonville branch.
2. Grow the business organically through sales and expand the residential business.
3. Develop and maintain key client relationships.
4. Handle administrative functions of the branch, including P&L.
5. Create a vision for the office and devise creative solutions to grow divisions.
6. Foster team unity and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of experience in HVAC with leadership skills (residential or commercial). The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential. Willingness to dive in with the team and assist when needed is also important.

Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 150k/year, and a lucrative annual bonus structure depending on the performance of the branch.
