As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the systems engineering team on requirements development and management, system level risk management, design controls, and technical project management.
- Leading the systems verification team on system level verification plans and reports, test strategies and methodologies, and defect and failure analysis.
- Coordinating a global team of systems engineers and system verification test engineers for multiple concurrent projects of hardware and software.
- Collaborating with cross-functional project and leadership teams to determine project scope, budget, timeline, and priorities.
- Supporting regulatory submissions and audits.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physics, Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Verification/Test Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Ultrasound Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biophysics, or related experience in a regulated industry.
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in medical devices.
- Understanding of the practical application of Test/Verification Engineering, Design Controls, Risk Management, and Requirements Development in medical device product development.
