Job Requirements / Description

 Review contracts and summarize system design requirements.
 Review system specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and
contracts.
 Provide technical direction in the execution of technical scope of work on medium and large
sized PV projects.
 Manage electrical, civil, mechanical, and structural Engineer of Record scopes for assigned
projects.
 Coordinate various engineering disciplines and designs into the overall project design.
 Work with third party engineers to develop all required permit drawings and submissions for
complete scopes of work as required.
 Work with Project Owners and Independent Engineers to facilitate technical information.
 Develop and maintain a quality design threshold through use of defined quality procedures.
 Ensure all work and designs conform with agreed codes and practices, meets all
requirements of the contracts specifications and ensure all work is carried out within agreed
schedules, budgets and procedures in a safe manner.
 Coordinate and review power system studies, single lines, and equipment layouts, area
classifications, sizing calculations, schematics, equipment specifications, data sheets,
requisitions and technical bid analysis.
 Review contracts and summarize system design requirements
 Optimize project costs, schedule, and risk within the engineering disciplines.
 Work with Project Management staff on disposition of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's).
 Travel to project sites as necessary for field investigation (10% of time)

Desired Skills and Experience
will coordinate with project management and field staff to execute technical scope for a wide range
of utility solar PV, BESS, and substation projects ranging in size from 2 MW to 100+ MW.
