.NET Software Developer

ICF is seeking a full stack .NET Software Developer with experience in the full software development life cycle. Candidates will collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, quality assurance specialists, and other developers to provide system development for data collection, management, and reporting solutions. The software developer has the option to work remotely or in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate complex system requirements.
2. Perform software development tasks using formal specifications and design artifacts as part of the software development life cycle.
3. Assist with development of quality assurance test scripts.
4. Perform unit tests, integration tests, regression tests, and system tests on developed code.
5. Review and enhance existing applications to improve performance and add functionality.
6. Work as part of a collaborative team to complete project tasks.

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of professional experience as a Web Application Developer using .NET C#, Relational Databases, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
3. Experience designing and developing web pages using CSS and HTML.
4. Experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) including stored procedures.
5. Experience with Web API development.
6. US citizenship or Permanent Resident Status.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

1. Knowledge/Experience of MVC pattern.
2. Knowledge of section 508 compliance.
3. Deployment using CI/CD pipeline.
4. Experience with Python development.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability and willingness to learn new IT skills.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $82,673.00 - $140,544.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
