Job Title: Director of Engineering

A Global medical device company is looking to hire a Director of Engineering for its growing team. The Director of Engineering will lead the strategic vision for this site and drive teams to ensure medical products are readily available and produced with increased efficiency. Pivotal accomplishments for the person in this role will be to build out a robust team, enable the strategic introduction of new products at the site, and lead teams to achieve goals.
The Director of Engineering will be responsible for:
- Support supplier management processes and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Manufacture, document, and test control systems and process controls.
- Service Manufacturing Engineering needs within a global, multidisciplinary workforce
- Establish and empower the engineering team with strategies from the executive team’s vision to develop, implement, and monitor equipment for manufacturers of products to achieve cost-effectiveness and product quality
The Ideal Candidate has:
10+ years of Engineering experience
Minimum of 5 years experience of engineering management
Medical Device or Medical Manufacturing industry background
