Job Overview:


We are a leading supplier in the consumer product industry, specializing in the manufacture of uniquely designed, patented containers and accessories. We're seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, applying expertise in various aspects of our manufacturing process, including machining, programming, and mold making. Key Responsibilities:


  • Fabrication: Machine components and prototype molds and tooling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Development Support: Assist with new product development and various engineering projects.
  • Problem Solving: Identify process and equipment issues and recommend solutions.
  • Implementation: Execute solutions, collect and document data, and verify results.
  • Versatility: Perform any other tasks assigned as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Expert mold welder with experience in H13, 420SS, Aluminum, BeCu, etc.
  • CNC programmer/CNC machine operator experience.
  • Proficient in writing CNC programs using CamWorks or Mastercam.
  • Extensive knowledge of CNC mill (exclusively Hass VF-1).
  • Skilled in operating manual lathe, manual mill, and surface grinder.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.
  • Understanding of machine tool operating cycles and controls.
  • Knowledge of material cutting and removal theory, machine utilization, and NC/CNC controls.
  • Experience with Solid Works Design software is a plus.


Additional Requirements:


  • Must pass a drug-screen.
  • Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
  • Capable of creating setups/fixtures for machining various parts and materials.
  • Able to work independently on projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding complex part and assembly drawings.
  • Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Welding experience.
  • Capable of standing 8-10 hours/day and lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Eyesight correctable to see small objects.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining intricate job-related processes.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary: $70,000 - 95,000 per experience
  • Schedule: Day shift, 1st shift
