Key Responsibilities:
- As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
- Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Core Java EE Design Patterns is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management are recommended.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Core Java EE Design Patterns.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Configuration Release Management, Design Build Enablement, and Build Management are recommended.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
