Summary:

Client AI Studio is transforming AI and data science with a code-first platform helping the world’s largest companies scale their machine learning with an unparalleled end-to-end solution. We are looking for AI Support Engineers with a broad range of technical skills, product orientation and great communication and user support services abilities.


Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of customer support cases, see problems through to resolution and escalate irregular events.
  2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer support cases.
  3. Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases.
  4. Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings.
  5. Act as a consultant and offer solutions for customers' problems both with the product and in the Data Science field.
  6. Guide, demo and educate customers through technical recommendations during onboarding and ongoing operations.
  7. Learn AI Studio product in-depth and help customers and data scientists do the same.
  8. Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Great interpersonal and communication skills, with high proficiency in verbal and written English.
  2. Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and application flows, dive deep into complex problems & find their root cause.
  3. Experience with Linux / Unix OS skills – A must.
  4. Understanding / experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.) and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  5. Experience with machine learning, data science or data engineering – a bonus.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
