Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support the development, commissioning, and validation of advanced manufacturing equipment. The role requires working across multiple locations, including Keene, NH, Southington, CT, and Cambridge, Ontario, and involves production support and equipment transfer activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support design reviews, debugging, acceptance, and validation activities for equipment developed by external suppliers.
• Assist with decommissioning equipment at the Keene site and recommissioning it at the Southington site.
• Provide production support to the Keene Operations team as required.
• Work on high-speed automation lines, industrial washing systems, and transferred automation equipment.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in validation processes including IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMVs.
• Background in automation control systems such as PLCs, HMI, Servos, and Robots.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., GR&Rs, Process Capability).
• Experience with Allen-Bradley programming.
Education: Bachelors Degree
