As a Network Engineer focusing on routing, switching, and Cisco Unified Communications (UC) networks, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Unified Communications. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Cisco Call Manager and related UC infrastructure to ensure seamless communication across our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Cisco UC solutions, including Cisco Call Manager.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for routing and switching issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of UC systems with other network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
- Train and mentor junior network engineers on UC best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Unified Communications.
- Expert knowledge of Cisco UC solutions, including Cisco Call Manager.
- Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE in Collaboration or Routing & Switching are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
