System Engineer

Job Title: Systems Engineer IV

Location-Type: Hybrid in Salisbury (onsite Mon-Thurs, Friday Remote)

Start Date Is: October 14

Duration: 1-year contract

Compensation Range: $45-60/hr W2

Job Description:

• Provide 3rd Level technical support for Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment.
• Assist the Digital Media Team manager with project management and vendor management.
• Test next-generation Microsoft Teams Rooms Technology in the Evolution Lab and make recommendations.
• Set up and support AV technology for Executive Leadership Team meetings, both onsite and offsite.
• Communicate incident reports and project updates clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with AV Integration partners on large-scale installation projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in MTR and AV support for C-level special events.
• 8+ years in AV support (Installation/Configuration/Programming).
• 5+ years leading teams and managing projects​​​​​​​
• Extensive experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., MS Intune, MS Teams Room Admin Portal).
• 5+ years of experience with Crestron or QSYS/QSC systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice to Haves:

• BS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience of 10-15 years in IT/AV).
• Knowledge of vendor management practices.
• Familiarity with the latest collaborative technology solutions.
