Project Engineer Opportunity in High-End Construction Sector

Location: Napa, CA
Position Reporting: This role reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary range: $85,000 to $125,000

Role Significance:

Responsibilities:

  • Instrumental in the preconstruction phase, focusing on planning, budgeting, and team organization.
  • Handle project documentation, including RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Effective communication regarding project scope, detail changes, and budget adjustments.
  • Collaboration with a professional team to manage and adhere to project timelines.

Success Criteria:

  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Overseeing the financial and operational facets of projects from inception to completion.
  • Leadership and mentoring within the project team.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Engineer position.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (such as CMiC, ProCore), Microsoft Project, and the Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability to function effectively in various team environments.
  • Robust organizational skills and a keen interest in fieldwork.
