Position Reporting: This role reports to the Senior Project Manager.

- Base salary range: $85,000 to $125,000

Role Significance:

Responsibilities:
- Instrumental in the preconstruction phase, focusing on planning, budgeting, and team organization.
- Handle project documentation, including RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Effective communication regarding project scope, detail changes, and budget adjustments.
- Collaboration with a professional team to manage and adhere to project timelines.
Success Criteria:
- Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Overseeing the financial and operational facets of projects from inception to completion.
- Leadership and mentoring within the project team.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Engineer position.
- Proficiency in construction management software (such as CMiC, ProCore), Microsoft Project, and the Office suite.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability to function effectively in various team environments.
- Robust organizational skills and a keen interest in fieldwork.
