Job Summary The purpose of this position is to provide on-site Facilities maintenance and operations support, coordination, and oversight services at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Powertrain Operations (PTO) manufacturing site. This is a fully on-site role located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role will have responsibility for the active oversight and management of Facilities operational support services by outside vendors and will actively collaborate with PTO manufacturing operations personnel related to systems and equipment operations and maintenance management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for collaboration on Project Management of Facilities projects, including facilities infrastructure, facilities equipment, cosmetics, and other key construction-related projects as assigned. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical Facilities maintenance and operations background, specifically with experience in manufacturing facilities and Project or Program Management experience or related skills. This role will be responsible for managing the PTO\'s annual Facilities operating budget, requiring experience and strengths with dynamic budget management.
