Software Engineer - Growth

About the role:

We’re looking for a strong full stack software engineer, who is interested working on a very early product and comfortable with a user facing role centering around the growth of our open source framework. This role is in person in SF.

Growth engineers are responsible for three key tasks:

• Creating ideas and strategies for growth.
• Implementing those ideas and strategies.
• Measuring and evaluating those implementations.

At Reflex growth engineers will mostly be building apps using Reflex! They collaborate with influencers, other companies, and our open source contributors to expand our community through creating examples and content about Reflex.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and share Reflex apps/snippets that showcase our framework and expand our community.
• Add refine and existing UI components and add new ones when needed.
• Take an active role in the Reflex community by seeking feedback, integrating contributions, and fostering positive and collaborative relationships.

What we look for:

• Strong knowledge of frontend web technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Very comfortable writing Python.
• Background in contributing to open source software, competitive programming, and/or interesting side projects.
• Passion for open source software and contributing to open source communities.
• (Nice to have) Have an existing following on X/Linkedin/Youtube that centers around web dev, machine learning/ai, or Python.
