Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for the delivery of improvement activities within our Quality Management System with the aim of improving the current processes and use of existing systems. The role will also be required to represent Quality in D365 both for Project Fusion and for ongoing D365 support and projects.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Global Quality representative for D365 and Project Fusion
• Lead QMS improvement projects globally whilst working alongside site experts and teams. The aim being to get the most value out of laboratory systems for the Quality teams.
• Member of the Global Quality System team. Provide input into improvement ideas, process changes and participate in decision making.
• Willingness to work in a global environment and take on new challenges and make decisions.
• Comfortable with working with data and laboratory systems.
• Good working knowledge of D365.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in D365.
• Need to be comfortable working in a collaborative team with the ability to give strong direction as needed.
• Ability to hold other departments accountable.
