Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a frontend engineer who is experienced in Flutter and adheres strictly to test-driven development principles. You will be directly responsible for implementing the CHAI Web App, along with additional features which drive retention and monetization within the App.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Familiar with Flutter and Python.

• Front end: Python, Flutter, Dart
• Back end: Python, GCP, Redis, Kubernetes

Our interview process:

• Expectations: We look for people with a track record of building. If you shipped a product with 100k+ downloads, created an open-source project with 10k+ stars/downloads, or made $100k+, you get fast-tracked.
• Initial chat: Instead of a recruiter, one of the engineers on the team will have a chat with you. We prefer to grab a coffee in Palo Alto.
• Personality assessment: We'll send you a personality assessment to understand you better.
• Take home challenge: We'll send you a short take-home challenge that typically takes 60-90 minutes to complete.
• Onsite interview: You'll be invited onsite to meet the team and complete the second half of the take home.
• Offer: We pay top of market. Salary range for technical roles is $200 - $600k+ and equity. We'll give you an offer you'll be happy with.

Compensation Range: $225K - $325K
