GEICO’s Infrastructure and Capacity Planning is seeking an experienced Senior TPM who is passionate about driving business-critical strategic programs across several workstreams and stakeholders. This is a newly created organization with a deep focus to enable optimal cloud capacity for all application teams to run enterprise-wide products. Our Senior TPM is a technical leader who will work across the organization to provide a seamless experience for our customers by enabling the right capacity at the right time and right cost. Our team thrives and succeeds in delivering high-quality technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge and experience to improve cloud capacity planning, cost efficiency, supply chain logistics, contracts management, and leverage engineering solutions to solve operational problems.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders from Capacity Planning, IaaS, PaaS, Performance & Reliability, and others to understand program requirements, ensure alignment, and influence teams to deliver against the project plans.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and monitor detailed end-to-end cloud infrastructure project plans across datacenter operations, supply chain logistics, planning, tooling, and contracts management.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on private/public cloud computing or hyperscale datacenter infrastructure providers.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (ADO), and best practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent education or work experience.
Annual Salary: $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location, as well as market and business considerations.
