Job Description
Role: Sr. QA Performance Engineer
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $40/hr on C2H (Max)
Need only Locals as face to face is mandatory.

Requirements for Sr. QA Performance Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience in an Information Systems position or comparable experience.
- Providing strategic guidance for future direction of the Performance Center of Excellence (PCOE).
- Providing guidance and oversight for improvements to software measurement, metrics and analytical techniques.
- Being responsible for the development of test strategies for projects that may span multiple products, technologies and test disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
- Ability to design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures.
- Develop performance and capacity models.
- Develop project estimates as part of the concept and project planning process.
- Define key metrics and instrumentation for measuring and monitoring performance and capacity.
- Identify trends through the use of metrics to forecast quality and release readiness.
- Design and implement performance and capacity testing solutions using a variety of third-party and custom tools in a distributed highly available environment.
- Troubleshoot complex configuration, infrastructure, networking, and application problems that could impact the performance or capacity of our system.
- Provide release performance assessments and proactively communicate risks and dependencies which may impact the reliability, performance and/or availability of the product.
