Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, supporting the growth of the bank through automation, reducing risk and cost, and enabling developers and engineers to focus on building new features. The role involves implementing automation, effective testing, and infrastructure-as-code, supporting a cross-functional engineering team, and advocating for modern technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement automation, effective testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Support and collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies.
• Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipeline for maximum efficiency.
• Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management.
• Secure, scale, and manage virtual environments.
• Create, maintain, and iterate on CI/CD processes for new and existing services.
• Stay up-to-date on modern technologies and advocate for their inclusion within products.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of overall experience.
• DevOps Specialty
• Expert level understanding of Jenkins scripting
• Creation of CI/CD pipelines, integration of pipelines with external tools, containers, container orchestration
• Python scripting
• Hybrid deployments to AWS/on-prem. Could be another cloud solution.
