Position Summary:
Leads and supports Set-up team in daily operations. Develops, writes, then sets up programs for CNC machines. Troubleshoots and solves minor to complex problems and issues. Conducts root cause analysis.
Position Responsibilities:
- Programs complex parts using CAD/CAM.
- Maintains better than average productivity.
- Maintains high accuracy on all functions.
- Mentors other employees.
- Works on complex development and programming for machinery.
- Full knowledge of machinery process.
- Identifies potential issues and resolves them efficiently.
- Escalates issues to supervisor only when out of knowledge base to resolve.
- Provides guidance, training, and technical assistance to all employees in group.
- Contributes to employee development and may have people management responsibilities.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required:
- Good working knowledge of computer skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer drawings, and all technical information.

Position Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 4+ years of prior experience working with machine tools or instrumentation required. Previous experience with Gibbs and Pro E or equivalent.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing environment. Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.

Compensation Range: $32 - $42
The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed and is the range Fox expects to pay for the position.
