Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the UX Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong interaction and visual design skills and 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design. This role will involve designing software with robust filtering capabilities, creating design concepts, wireframes, and pixel-perfect deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with product managers, engineers, and analysts to design experiences for both customers and internal users. Success looks like delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs that solve user problems.
- Create design deliverables: Produce design concepts, customer journeys, and pixel-perfect visual deliverables. Success involves creating clean, effective designs that meet user needs.
- Translate requirements into interaction designs: Transform user needs into annotated wireframes and visual designs. Success is defined by clear, well-communicated design solutions.
- Leverage and contribute to the design system: Ensure designs align with and expand on the company’s established design system. Success looks like cohesive, scalable design patterns across the platform.
- Conduct user research and testing: Perform user research, usability testing, and session analysis to enhance design solutions. Success includes data-driven design decisions that improve user experiences.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years as a UX/UI or product designer.
- Skills: Expertise in information design, usability, accessibility, and responsive web design.
- Certifications: N/A
- Other: Experience with complex data visualization and using tools like Figma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with eCommerce and data-centric products.
- Work sample or portfolio demonstrating product design expertise.
