• Senior Tool Designer - Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support
• Design & Implement Product Test tooling/Fixtures.
• Design & Implement weld tooling/Fixtures.
• Process planning.
• Material handling equipment design.
• Creating & updating standard operating procedures, CN and DOU the process.
• Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost.
• Systematic layout planning, production planning & control.
• Lean implementation.
• Racking system design for material stack up.
• Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
• Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
• Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
• Design of Quality checking gauges.
• Complete ECN work support.
• Material flow and standardization process support.
• Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
• Vendor engagement/Offshore team co-ordination for project requirements.
• Supporting the continuous improvement process.
• 5S line support for line implementation.
