These individuals should have a solid foundation in statistical analysis, user testing, and be adept at handling medium to large-scale research projects. Proficiency in programming (R, Python), expertise in Qualtrics, and a background in user experience are paramount for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Qualitative Research (80%):Lead and execute user testing sessions to capture insights into user behaviors and experiences.Analyze qualitative data to unearth trends that will guide product design choices.Compile and relay insights to interdisciplinary teams to inform design and product strategies.Quantitative Research (20%):Perform statistical analysis, including ANOVA, to bolster research findings.Oversee and analyze data from extensive user research projects to spot patterns and measurable trends.Tools & Programming:Employ Qualtrics for survey creation, data gathering, and analytical tasks (mandatory skill).Use R or Python for data management and statistical analysis.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with various teams (design, PMs, engineers) to ensure that research findings are practical and in line with project targets.Present research outcomes through detailed reports, presentations, and data visualizations to steer product development processes.Key Skills & Qualifications:End-to-end understanding of both qualitative (80%) and quantitative (20%) research methods.Intermediate to advanced programming abilities in R or Python.Extensive experience with ANOVA and other statistical tools for research analysis.Mandatory experience with Qualtrics for all aspects of research.Demonstrated success in managing medium to large research endeavors.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.Industry Experience:Previous experience in user experience research, product design, or a related field is highly beneficial for this positionABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
